Intelligently managing customer contact.

This was a challenging and complex project that required forming a close working relationship with Santander's tech team in Spain. The brief was to reimagine their intricate internal customer relationship management tool. The 'ECRM' is the system used by all Santander staff to view a customers file. The ECRM displays customer details and current product holdings in a simple and intuitive dashboard. Using a new, intelligent recommendations engine the tool can also be used to suggest additional banking products and opportunities that might be of interest to a customer.
